The Helm CrossFit

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

This is your introductory program to the CrossFit method of training. Your first five classes are performed 1-on-1 with an assigned coach.  



Monday - Friday
9:00 - 10:00am


Here we incorporate cardio intervals with the use of: dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rowing machines, and various other pieces of equipment. This class is for those who are looking for a high intensity burn without the use of barbells and other advanced CrossFit skills.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions are programed to meet your exact training goals. All sessions are performed in a 1-on-1 setting with a coach.
