Our specialized strength and conditioning program provides high school, college, and professional athletes quality programming that meets the demands of their sport. The athlete training program consists of two tiers, Developmental and Performance.
Motives strength and conditioning program is anything but typical. Our approach to athletic preparation produces proven results, which are inevitable for those who choose to "buy in" to our system. "The Program" utilizes many modalities including: traditional strength lifts, olympic lifts, strongman, kettle-bells, odd-object training, body weight exercises, speed, power, and agility training.
This program builds the foundation for the athletes' future endeavors. Through the use of gymnastics, body weight exercises, and resistance training, we teach the athlete proper movement mechanics and prepare each individual physically and mentally for our more advanced training protocols.
